Protection Act says on a particular matter, the intent behind provisions
and how provisions may be interpreted. Staff cannot provide legal advice,
advice on how the Act may apply to a particular business situation, or
specific advice on the procedures an organization should implement to
comply with the Act.
Individuals who have questions about how to make a complaint under the Act are encouraged to contact
